Tingling Breasts

What We Do
We've covered both bases on this one. A tracery of copper wiring set beneath the skin, with a small zapper set into the cleavage, PLUS a circle of tiny silver bells (the craftsmanship has to be seen to be believed), set tastefully around the nipples.

Tingle away.

Heaving Breasts

What We Do
There has been some argument at The Shack about the true meaning of 'heaving'. Vince reckons it means 'vomiting', which is a possible modification - zipped nipples containing sacs of realistic vomit, a squeezebulb located somewhere...

I tend towards a more conservative interpretation of the word, however, and suggest a plastic exoskeleton for each breast with some basic hydraulics built in for that 'two puppies fighting in a sack' look. Your choice, folks.

Bejewelled Melons

Originally a custom job for a rich client, this has since become a popular order at The Shack.

The effect is a little...well, warty...for my taste, but if mottled green rind with encrusted diamante is breast poetry, why should a simple surgeon argue?

Geographical Features

We know you're keen on hills, vales, rivers of sweat and so on when it comes to breasts, so we offer a range of modifications to bring your geographical metaphors to life.

What We Do
Both lichen and fungus can be persuaded to grow on human skin and resemble grassy hillocks most effectively. Embedded pebbles make for convincing boulders, and the contents of Vince's 'A Child's First Farm' set have a range of plastic additions which can be set into the breast at almost any location.

You may call it surgical enhancement - we call it Breast Bonsai.
